Cookie Orders

Fresh-baked cookies ship Monday through Wednesday only. This helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend and ensures the best possible quality upon arrival.

Orders Containing Cookies

If your order contains cookies and other products, the entire order will be held and shipped together on the next available shipping day.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, markets, and peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will receive instructions when their order is ready.
